Westonstock will feature six hours of continuous live music including performances by actual Woodstock musicians Ira and Maxine Stone along with the Bar Car Band, The Cinnamon Girls, and Old School Revue and the Saugatuck Horns, a classic 60s R&B band in vintage 60s attire. They will be joined by numerous guest artists of note from the Woodstock era throughout the day and evening. The audience will be treated to a variety of genres ranging from early folk, Beatles/British Invasion, Motown, 60s Soul, R&B, psychedelic, and soft and hard rock. It’s all happening from the stage of the big, red Coley Barn at 104 Weston Road, Weston.

Adding to the excitement of the 60s experience will be the collection of vintage cars on display. Children’s activities will feature face painting, and arts and crafts. A 60s music trivia contest will keep everyone on their toes when not dancing to 60s music. Food and beverages will be offered by local vendors. Guests are invited to bring a lawn chair, kick back and spend the day.

“The Weston Historical Society will transport you to the 60s at this exciting community event,” said Pam Kersey, historical society president. “Visitors can spend an hour or the entire day on our three-and-a-half acres of open field and museum space. Proceeds will support our renovations of the historic Coley Barn and Coley Farm House.” “This might not be Yasgur’s Farm – but it will be a fun-filled day of peace, love and treasured 1960s music from all genres… just what we need,” said Roger Kaufman, Old School Music Productions and co-ordinator of Westonstock.

The Weston Historical Society would like to thank its lead sponsor Tito’s Vodka along with our annual sponsors: Fairfield County Bank, Cohen and Wolf P.C., KMS Partners at Compass and Teed & Brown for making Westonstock possible.
